Whole Grain Sourdough Boule


A hyper-local super tangy sourdough round loaf made with 100% whole grain Expedition wheat grown right down the road from our farm. Kneaded and fermented over a 3 day period, our rustic sourdough boule has a thick crust, and a dark, chewy interior crumb with complex and robust flavors.
